My name is Paige Elizabeth. I am a Certified Reiki Master of Usui/Holy Fire, Trauma-Informed Somatic Practitioner Mind Body & Spirit, Meditation Practitioner, Certified Spiritual Life Coach, Birth Doula, and an intuitive healer dedicated to creating sacred spaces where transformation happens.

Through the divine interplay of Meditation, Reiki energy, and Soul Alignment, I guide you into a deeper connection with yourself. I hold space in the temple of interconnection, offering a sanctuary where souls can rediscover their power, embrace their truth, and heal through the profound vibration of love and light.

As a Certified Trauma-Informed Somatic Practitioner, I use tools to restore energy flow, identify blocks and patterns, empower you to take intentional action, align with your higher self, and integrate physiotherapy techniques into the healing process.

I had surface level knowledge of what Reiki was, and was so interested in learning more. I’ve been leaning more into more holistic remedies lately. I am a new mom and life gets so busy sometimes this sounded like a nice escape and I was right. When I got there I told Paige that I knew nothing. So she educated me and explained everything to a point where I felt 1000% comfortable and actually excited to try it. She told me, the process would take about 3 days to complete.
